ADV FAQs Tracking an Order

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to retrieve tracking information for a customer order in Advantage.

The tracking number will generally be loaded on to the account within 2 days of shipping. Not all orders have tracking numbers, this is elected by the fulfillment specialist within the affiliate.


How to Track an Order

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the product you want to track and click the Tracking tab on the bottom half of the Customer Activity screen

  3. On the lower half of the screen you will see the tracking information displayed

  4. The Tracking Number can be copied to your clipboard, and then pasted into the shipping website

    1. If you double click on the tracking line, in the pop-up, you should be able to click on the tracking number, and it should lead you directly to the shipping website with the tracking number already filled in
