How to Release Stuck Refunds
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Invoices and Payments
Search and select the customer and locate the stuck refund. Â
Stuck refunds will have an amount displayed in the Remaining Amt. column with a Trans. Type of C.
Select Set Refund Status (this option is available via the right-click menu)Â
A dialog box will appear, select Yes
The Refund Credit dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Allow Refund | Enter "Y" under Allow Refund |
Refund Hold Status | Enter "O" under Refund Hold Status |
7. Click OK
