Change Membership Levels
Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to make adjustments to a customer’s membership level in Advantage.

How to Change Membership Levels
From the Customer Search screen search for the customer you want to edit the membership for and then navigate to Customer Activity
Select the membership you want to change right click, and then select Change Membership LevelsÂ
The Enter Membership Information dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Customer Number* | Enter the Customer Number. |
Membership Org* | Enter the Membership Org. |
4. Click OK
5. The Change Member Levels dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Promotion Code* | Enter the Promotion Code. |
Promotion Choice* | Enter the Promotion Code. |
Sub type | Make changes to the Sub type if necessary. |
Rate | Make changes to the Rate if necessary. |
Term | Make changes to the Term if necessary. |
6. Click OK
7. If the rate is increased, you will be prompted for payment.
8. The Payment for Invoice dialog box will appear:
9. Clicking Add Card will open up the secure payment entry dialog box, complete the following:
Card Type | Select the card type form the list. |
Card Number | Enter the card number. |
Expire Month | Enter the cards expiration month. |
Expire Year | Enter the cards expiration year. |
Security Code | Enter the cards security (CVV) code. |
Save Card | Choose whether to add the card to keep on file for future payments: Yes - Will keep the card on file for future purposes No - Will not keep a record of the card being used for the current purchase. |
10. Click Confirm
11. Click OK
