Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to make adjustments to the subscription associated with a membership in Advantage. This includes adding additional subscriptions, removing subscriptions and changing out subscriptions for flex memberships.

How to Change Subscriptions Associated with a Membership

From the Customer Search screen search for the customer you want to edit the membership for and click Customer Activity
Right-click the membership you want to update and then select Membership Actions and then select Change Eligible Publications
The Enter Membership Information dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:

Customer Number*	Enter the Customer Number.
Membership Org*	Enter the Membership Org.
Service Reason*	Enter the Service Reason associated with any subscription removed.

4. The Eligible Membership Publications dialog box will appear:

Based on the setup of the membership, the subscription options available will be presented. At the top, it will indicate how many elements a customer is eligible for based on their membership category.

a. Select the option from the Potential Membership Elements box and click Add

b. Repeat step A to remove as many elements as needed. If there are multiple Charge Categories associated with the membership, click Next and repeat step A to add as many elements as needed for each category

c. When complete, click Finish

a. Select the subscription from the Existing Elements/Elements to Be Added box and click Remove

b. Repeat step A to remove as many elements as needed. If there are multiple Charge Categories associated with the membership, click Next and repeat step A to remove as many elements as needed for each category
