Replace or Move a Subscription
Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to move one subscription to another subscription in Advantage. For example, a customer may have a subscription to ABC and now wants to cancel that and get XYZ instead and wants to move the money from one to the other. This only applies for non-membership upgrades.

How to Migrate, Replace, or Move a Subscription
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification
The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter MIG for Migrate/replace subscription and click OK
The Migrate Modification dialog box will appear, click OK
Select one of the following options...
If the customer already has the subscription on the account, the Renewal or New Subscription dialog box will appear. Enter if the subscription you are moving to should be a renewal or new subscription. In general, this would be a renewal.
