How To Cancel Automatic Agreement Renewal
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the agreement you change and click Add Version
The Access Agreement Entry dialog box will appear, in the Renewal Flag field, change the C to a D
Click Finish
Wrap up
You should now be able to cancel an automatic renewal of an agreement in Advantage.
