Identify Agreement Logins

Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions on how to identify a customer’s username for an agreement in Advantage.

Note that passwords should not be provided to customers by phone or email for security purposes.

Logins can be maintained from the Customer Activity or from the Authentication screen accessed through the Logins icon. If you are already in Customer Activity, it is recommended to maintain the login from this screen to not cause slowness switching screens.


How to Identify a Username for an Agreement 

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the agreement you want to find the login for and then navigate to Website Login tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity Screen.

3. Select one of the following...

The username is listed under the Authentication Value field.

The username is listed under the Email Address field.
