Update AMB Auto-Charge Info
Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions for updating a credit card used for auto charge for an AMB item in Advantage.
If the Change option is not available, this is because there is no credit card on file - meaning the customer is not on automatic renewal.
How to Update a AMB Auto-Charge InfoÂ
Enter the customer number in the Customer Number field.Â
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
On the Customer Activity screen select the AMB item you want to update card details for
Navigate to the Auto-Charge Information tabÂ
Click Change
The Customer Credit Card Maintenance dialog box will appear
Clicking Add Card will open up the secure payment entry dialog box, complete the following:
Card Type | Select the card type from the list. |
Card Number | Enter the card number. |
Expire Month | Enter the card's expiration month. |
Expire Year | Enter the card's expiration year. |
Security Code | Enter the card's security (CVV) code. |
Save Card | Choose whether to add the card to keep on file for future payments: Yes - Will keep the card on file for future purposes No - Will not keep a record of the card being used for the current purchase. |
8. Click Complete
9. Click OK
