Renewal Notification Complaints

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to help a customer receive fewer notifications to renew when the customer is not on automatic renew (renewal flag is Y).

How to Reduce Renewal Notifications

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and select Subscription Modification

  3. The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter PRO for Change Delivery/ RN Flag etc. and click OK

  4. The Subscription Profile Modification dialog box will appear, click Next

  5. Change the renewal flag from Y to Z

  6. Click OK

  7. The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close
