Subscription Address Change

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to change the ship-to address for a customer on a single publication, when the new address is associated with the same customer number.

How to Change the Ship-To Address on a Subscription

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification

  3. The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter CAA for Change Address & Agency Info and click OK

  4. The Change Subscription Address dialog box will appear, click Next

  5. Select the new Address Code for the ship- to account.

  6. Click OK

  7. The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close
