Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to add a new device to use with DUO.

How to add a new device to DUO

  1. Go to https://rawa.14west.us and sign in w/ your ‘Agora\username’ and password credentials.

     

  2. Once you’ve authenticated, you’ll be prompted with the DUO Self-Service app.

     

  3. Select ‘Add a new device’

     

  4. Select ‘Send me a Push’ and allow on your current DUO device.

  5. Select the type of device and follow the instructions on each of the following prompts.
