How to use DUO hard tokens for remote access
When you first log into the Horizon View Client you will be prompted to enter your passcode. Before the passcode meant RSA Passcode but instead put in your network credentials.

After you enter your password you will be prompted to enter Next Code. The Next Code is the numeric code generated by the DUO hard token. This is similar to when you had to enter using the RSA Token code.

After entering your Next Code you should be able to login.
