How to log into Horizon with DUO

1. Open Horizon Client and select the horizon.14west.us connection server

   Open

   

    

2. Enter your username and password (use your password even though it says passcode)

   Open

   

    

3. On the next prompt, select 1,2, or 3 for the desired type of two factor authentication

   (1) For Push, verify the push notification on your smart phone or tablet
   (2) For Phone Call, answer the designated phone and press a button after instructed.
   (3) For SMS passcode, retrieve the passcode via text message and enter it into the next prompt.
