How to re-add a device to DUO
Go to https://rawa.14west.us, sign in w/ your ‘Agora\username’ and password credentials.

Once you’ve authenticated, you’ll be prompted with the DUO Self-Service app.

To re-add a device, if you’ve got a new one after it was lost or replaced, select ‘My Settings & Devices’

Select ‘Call Me’ and follow the directions on the call you receive.
On this screen you’ll see all your activated devices. Select ‘Device Options’ then ‘Reactive DUO Mobile’

Select the type of device and follow the instructions on each of the following prompts.
