Submit a ticket to IT to gain access to this page
Here are the fields that need to be filled in the form:

Justification | Start with the Affiliate name, reporter name, ticket number, and then copy&paste the description in the ticket |
Source IP | Provided on ticket |
Destination IP | UAT: https://uat.servicegateway.agora-inc.com/ or PROD: https://servicegateway.agora-inc.com/ or Both |
IP Mapping | Leave blank |
Protocol | Provided on ticket (Usually TCP) |
Port | 443 Unless specified |
Requester Name | Reporter's name from ticket |
Requester Email | Reporter's email address from ticket |
Approver Name | Approver's name from ticket - Verify using Wiki Page AND EMAIL* |
Approver Email | Approver's email address from ticket |
When To Expire? | 2 years from today |
Your Name | Your name |
Your Email | Your email address |

2.Submit the form to IT and once it has been completed, update the ticket/reporter that it is complete.
