Guidance for recording a video tutorial

Step by step guide

Before analyzing the data presented under Campaign Tracker, ensure you’re correctly filtered. Choose the domain you’d like to review. Also pay attention to the Sources and whether you’re looking at panel data or panel data and virtual (intelliseeds). Additionally, ensure you have the ISP Weighting toggled on.

My ISP Deliverability

Presents data for the providers listed. This view of data is not impacted by the ISP weighting.

The Provider will be color coded based on the inbox percentage.

My IP Deliverability

Presents data for the IPs your domains are sending mail from. This is only inclusive of Campaigns that have been sent to panelists. Do not be alarmed if you observe IP addresses that are unfamiliar. This view of data will provide data for forwards. The Cloudmark Reputation data provides insight on how your domains and IPs are performing at the ISP level. Lowest Deliverability Campaigns

Displays your highest volume campaigns with inbox placement below 94%. For consumption at scale, the data can by exported by clicking on the down arrow.

Average Time to Receive

Tracks how long it takes your email campaigns to arrive in your subscribers' inbox. Looks at the Data header as the “start” and then looks at the last Received header as the “end”. The number of seconds between the start and end is the total amount of time it took a single message to be delivered. The aggerate of all campaigns is then averaged and reported.

Campaign

Provides a per campaign view into the inbox placement for each Campaign.

By clicking on the subject line, you’ll be taken to a page dedicated to metrics for that exact Campaign.
