Getting Started with Inbox Tracker

Logging In
When your account is created, you will receive an email from the application, requesting you reset your password.
If there is a user whose profile you’d like to clone, select the Clone Existing User Workspace. This will allow you to copy the settings and profiles that user has set up.
Conversely, if you would like to customize your user experience, select the Create Custom User Workspace.
Clone Existing User Workspace
Click on the Cog on your main screen. Then click on Clone Inbox Tracker Workspace. By cloning another person’s workspace you will be copying their set up include: Profiles, Alerts, ISP Weighting. It’s important to note if that user makes additional changes to their workspace, they are not automatically pushed to users who have cloned their workspace.

Next, choose the users whose WorkSpace you’d like to clone.
Creating Custom User Workspace
To customize your workspace to have profiles (grouping of domains), click on the pen and paper icon on your home screen.

On the next screen, type in your new profile name and click on Create. You will then choose the Account Domains you would like included in that profile. Continue these steps until you have the profiles need.
Deliverability recommendation is to create a profile for each mail stream: Bulk (mb), Paid (mp), Transactional (mt).

Additionally, you have the ability to add ISP weighting to your workspace. Deliverability recommends weighing your workspace so that your data is representative of the email domains you’re sending mail to. If you would like to have your workspace weighted, submit a JSD ticket to the Deliverability team to be provided a file of domains that are representative of your lists.
