IRIS Make a List Inactive

You can now set free, paid, website, agora, and external lists to inactive. Follow the instructions below if you would like to make a list inactive.


When you deactivate a list, it will not be available to select on efforts but will remain on all existing efforts and still be searchable on the Effort Listings page.



How to Make a List Inactive

  1. To access the Lists page, hover over  and select .



  2. Click the  button on the list you would like to make inactive. 



  3. On the Active line select 
  4. Click  

  5. When the List has been set to inactive you will see this message



    For Free Lists if it had a schedule when it was set to inactive the schedule will still be available to select.
