The 'List' field (also called 'Media Outlet' on Lead Gen efforts) represents the customer-base that the marketing effort is directed toward. It could be an internal Advantage Free List that we mail to, an external vendor's email list, or a website. Use these instructions to create a list. 

How to Create a List 

1. To access the Lists page, hover over  and select .

   List Type

   Select Free, External, Agora, Paid, or Website, or Phone. Depending on the list type chosen the options below will change.  If the list type is Free... Use as Opens Pixel Select yes or no Name / IRIS Name Enter a name for the list Advantage Code Enter the List Code from the Customer Lists screen in Advantage. Create Schedule Select yes or no Agora ID Select the Agora ID MC List ID Enter the List ID Active Select yes or no  If the list type is External... Name / IRIS Name Enter a name for the list Advantage List Enter the Promotion Mailing List ID from the Promotion Mailing Lists screen in Advantage. List name must exist in Advantage Advantage Code Enter the Advantage code  If the list type is Agora... Name / IRIS Name Enter name of the list Advantage Code Enter the your affiliate's List Code from the Customer Lists screen in Advantage. Active Select yes or no  If the list type is Paid... Name / IRIS Name Enter name of the list Advantage Code Enter the Publication Code from the Publications screen in Advantage. Default Host Department Enter a host department and split amount. Active Select yes or no  If the list type is Website... Name / IRIS Name Enter a name for the list Advantage List Enter the Promotion Mailing List ID from the Promotion Mailing Lists screen in Advantage. List name must exist in Advantage Default Host Department Enter a host department and split amount. Active Select yes or no  If the list type is Phone... Name / IRIS Name Enter a name for the list Advantage List Enter the Promotion Mailing List ID from the Promotion Mailing Lists screen in Advantage. List name must exist in Advantage Default Host Department Enter a host department and split amount. Active Select yes or no

   
   

3. Click

4. When the List has been created you will see this message

   
   
   

   For Free Lists if it had a schedule when it was set to inactive the schedule will still be available to select.
