How to Schedule a Zoom Meeting

Scheduling a Zoom meeting in Outlook requires the Zoom plug-in. If you do not have the plug-in, please submit an installation request to help@14west.us


How to schedule a zoom meeting

  1. In the Outlook Zoom ribbon select “Schedule a Meeting”.

     

  2. To add attendees or a conference room, select “Scheduling Assistant”.

     

  3. Adjust meeting Date/Time as needed.

     

  4. Select “Add Attendees…” and/or “Add Rooms…” to verify availability, and invite to meeting.

     

  5. To complete the invite, select “Send”; or to review the invite before sending, select “Appointment”.

     

  6. The Zoom meeting details will appear in the body of the invite email.
