Global Client Directory Space Roles

Super Admin
The Super Admin is capable of doing anything and everything within the space. They will be responsible for the maintenance of the content within the space, such as the Client, Franchise, and LLC information.
Example users of this role would include the Contentful Team.
Client Management
The Client Management role is responsible for maintaining the data associated within the content model. They will be working Jira tickets to create, edit, and archive client data.
Example users of this role would include the Advantage team.
Payment Management
The Payment Management role is responsible for defining the information associated to credit card transactions. They will have view permissions to the client information and write permissions to the Pre-Authorization Configurations.
Example users of this role would include the GRO team.
Developer
The Developer role is responsible for managing the apps that create workflow and efficiencies within the Contentful application, as well as the integrations with external applications.
Example users of this role is TCT, PI, and WMC developers.
Read Only
The Read Only role is not responsible for any functions within Contentful. They are instead allowed to review the information to assist in their external workflows.
