IRIS Change the Status of Multiple Trees


Use these instructions to change the status of multiple trees from the trees listing. 

You must have Create and Edit Trees permission in order to change the status of a stored tree.



How to Change the Status of Multiple Stored Trees


  1. Click 

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

  2. Click the 'Active' or 'Shelved' value in the Status column on the Trees page to filter the listing by trees of the selected status:




  3. The Trees listing page will be filtered to show only the trees with the status that was selected. Click the  icon in the status column



  4. The Trees Listing Page will update to allow any trees with the same status to be selected. 
  5. Select the trees that will have their status changed by clicking one or more of the check boxes that appear next to the Status column value of trees in the listing, then, click  
  6. The Tree status dialog box will appear:



  7. Change the status to Active or Shelved and click 
  8. When the Tree status has been successfully edited you will see the following popup:
