IRIS Creative Status in Stored Trees

Stored trees usually contain active creatives, but they can also contain creatives that have been shelved or expired. When creating or editing stored trees, you have the option to choose: 

  • Active, shelved, or expired pages
  • Active or shelved abandon emails
  • Active, shelved, or expired offers

This provides production teams and senior marketers an opportunity to create stored trees before creatives are ready for effort selection. 



A  icon indicates that the creative is shelved and astatus indicates that the creative is expired. You will see these icons when selecting creatives in a stored tree and on creative blocks in a stored tree. 

 



Any tree that has shelved or expired creatives will not be available to select on efforts. Now when you shelve a creative, you will be given the option to also shelve all of the trees that use the creative.  When you schedule a creative to be shelved, using this option will shelve the tree at the same time that the creative is shelved.
