You can choose what information to display on the partner's view: Batch, Gross, and/or Net.  You can also change the default dates and search type.  Follow the instructions below to change the user settings on a partner's view.  

How to Change the Totals Displayed

1. Click on your name at the top of IRIS, then select the option to view users for the given organization (the second option).

2. Locate the partner you wish to make changes to

   Partners will be listed towards the bottom of the screen.

3. Click

5. Uncheck anything you do NOT want the partner to see next to the Display field

   By default Batch, Gross, and Net will be checked.

How to Change the Default Date

1. Click on your name at the top of IRIS

2. Locate the partner you wish to make changes to

   Partners will be listed towards the bottom of the screen. Only users with the role of Admin can access the user accounts screen.
