Start a video conferenceÂ
Power on the TV using the Samsung remote control.Â
Wake the computer by clicking a mouse or keyboard button.
Log in using your domain credentials (same as your email).
Open a video conference app (Teams, RingCentral, Zoom, etc.)
Log in to the video conferencing platform, or begin the meeting by entering the meeting ID.
When prompted to select an audio option for the conference (pictured below): Choose either computer audio or phone audio/call and join meeting.Â
Note: It is recommended to use phone audio/call and use the conference phone to dial into the meeting.
Note: If you choose to use computer audio, if you encounter feedback or echoes during the meeting, decrease volume on the TV.Â

Dial into the meeting using the provided phone number.Â
When finished, log out of the PC and turn off TV using the TV remote control.
Share content from a laptop in a video conferenceÂ
After beginning meeting on room PC, join meeting from the web conferencing app (Teams, RingCentral, Zoom, etc.) on your laptop.
When prompted to select an audio option for the conference: Choose do not join audio, or if that is not an option, choose computer audio and make sure to mute yourself in the meeting app, and mute the laptop speakers. Otherwise, you will hear feedback.
Select the sharing button, and choose to share the entire screen or a particular app window.
TroubleshootingÂ
No video from PC?Â
Check PC power (maybe located in a cabinet).
Check TV input/source is set to HDMI 1.
Replace keyboard and mouse batteries.
Restart PC.
Keyboard or mouse not working?
Replace batteries.
Restart PC.
Cannot hear others during video conference?
If you selected phone audio/call: Check volume on conference phone.
If you selected computer audio: Check volume on TV.
If you selected computer audio: Check that conference app has the correct Speakers selected (TV speakers).
Check if remote party is muted.
Restart PC.
Others cannot hear you during video conference?
If you selected phone audio/call: Check that conference phone is not muted, and that conference app is not muted.
If you selected computer audio: Check that conference app is not muted, and that Windows is not muted.
If you selected computer audio: Check that conference app has the correct Microphone selected (Webcam).
Check if remote party has their speakers muted.
Restart PC.
Others cannot see your video?
Check USB connection from Webcam to PC.
Check that conference app has the correct Camera selected (Webcam).Â
Restart PC.
