Stating a scheduled meeting as a host (for Zoom meeting scheduled with Outlook pugin)

Open

1. Tap Meeting List in the left panel.

2. Tap the topic of your scheduled meeting.

3. Tap Start to start the meeting.

Starting an instant meeting

Open

1. Tap Meet Now in the left panel.

2. Select contacts to invite.

3. Tap Meet Now to start an instant meeting.

Joining a meeting using the Meeting ID

1. Tap Join in the left panel.

2. Enter the meeting ID using the number pad.

3. Tap Join.

Calling a phone number from Zoom Rooms

1. Tap Phone in the left-side panel on the Zoom Room controller.

2. Tap the flag icon to select a country code if you are dialing an international number.

3. Dial a number and select Phone icon

Sharing your screen or content in Zoom Rooms

1. Select the Share Content button.

2. The share.zoom.us screen will appear on the TV, with Meeting ID and Sharing Key.

    

3. On the laptop, open Zoom Client and select Screen Share, or open a web browser and navigate to http://share.zoom.us .

4. Enter the Meeting ID or Sharing Key, then click Share Screen.

5. When prompted, allow your web browser to open Zoom.

6. Select the screen or application you want to share, then click Share.

Sharing your screen or content without starting a Zoom meeting

1. Click Presentation icon on the left side of the controller.

2. The share.zoom.us screen will appear on the TV, with Meeting ID and Sharing Key.

    

3. On the laptop, open Zoom Client and select Screen Share, or open a web browser and navigate to http://share.zoom.us .

4. Enter the Meeting ID or Sharing Key, then click Share Screen.

5. When prompted, allow your web browser to open Zoom.

6. Select the screen or application you want to share, then click Share.
