Change Customer Account Information
This article will explain how to change an existing customer’s account information in Advantage.

Do Remember!
Any screen with the ability to perform a customer search in Advantage, you can also change the customer account information.  Perform the search and click the Edit Icon. The customer radio button will show results for both the bill-to and receiving customer.Â
What you will need
Customer number or Customer’s email address
How to Change Customer Account Information
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Search
From Customer Search, search and locate the account to change and select the Edit Icon
Make any applicable changes to the customer's information and then click Enter when complete
Wrap up
You should now be able to search for a customer and change the customer account information in Advantage.
