How to unlock your account

If you enter an incorrect password too many times your account will temporarily lock.  The Password Self Service Portal verifies your identity though multiple authentication techniques before you're able to unlock your account. 

1. Access OneLogin via a web browser by opening https://agora.onelogin.com

2. Click Account Unlock

   Open

   

    

3. Enter your Username/Email Address (example jdoe@domain.com) 

4. Enter the Captcha and click Continue. 

   Open

   

    

5. Provide Answers to Your Security Questions 

6. Enter the Captcha & Click Continue 

    

OneLogin Protect

1. Open the OneLogin Protect App on your Phone 

2. Enter the 6 Digit Code from your phone under the “Password Self-Service Portal” label

    

3. Click Unlock Account

Yubikey

1. Ensure you have plugged the Yubikey into your device 

2. Follow the on-screen instructions 

3. Enter the Captcha Click Continue 

    

4. Click Unlock Account
