Follow the below instructions if you wish to update a subscription to be perpetual.
You can update a choice to perpetual two different ways:
You will either need to cancel the current subscription and place a new order with a perpetual choice.
Or you can keep the current subscription, and place a renewal order with a perpetual choice. When the current term runs out, the renewal order with the perpetual choice will roll in.
