Go to your 14W Self-Service.app in your Applications folder and/or your docking station.
Log in to the portal using your company credentials.
Enter your username and email password i.e. (JDoe / longpassword)
Select software from one of the available categories
Note: Certain categories are only available to specific job titles i.e. design and development categories.Click on the desired software icon to install software.
Click “Install”, after the install is complete, the status will say “Reinstall” or disappear from the 14W self-service portal. Some software is expected to install only once and will not be available for re-installation. You can verify installations by checking applications folder and launching installed software.
