Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to access Advantage.
From the 9th of June 2023 Advantage will be Web Based and you will no longer require an Advantage Launchpad. You will require OneLogin access, if you do not have this please contact IT first.
How to Access Advantage
Launch your web browser and log in to OneLogin as normal.
Click on the ‘Company: Everything’ tab, once used often it will also show on the ‘Frequents’ tab.
Select the ‘Advantage Production’ tile which will launch a new tab on your browser
All other areas are non-production, and therefore contain out-of-date account information and are not connected with other systems
You can bookmark the Advantage Production URL (https://advantage.14west.us/advantage-ui-PRODUCTION) in your Favourites. You will still need to enter your OneLogin credentials before accessing the application.
*Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome are supported for the Advantage web UI. Support for additional browsers is planned for a future date. *
