Below are the folders and rules listed under the inbox of Abuse Mailbox

• Abuse Box Test: No rules set up. Used for testing purposes when setting up a FBLs
• Agora Project-Mailing Metrics Report: No rules set up.
• China Abuse Box: All mailings that are sent from 'abuse@163.com' and 'abuse@126.com' are put into this folder. As of now, we have to go through these and manually unsubscribe these customers based on the verp
• DMARC related: No rules set up.
• FBL-confirmations: No rules set up.
• LotusLive iNotes: No rules set up.
• MAAWG-technical: No rules set up. Any important information sent from MAAWG will be put into this folder
• Mail Delivery System: Undeliverable: No rules set up.
• Processed: No rules set up. After manually processing a specific complaint, the initial email will be moved into this folder
• Spam: Emails that include the following words in the subject or body will get put into this folder:
  • 'lady' , 'babe' , 'bedroom' , 'desire' , 'desires' , 'lover' , 'intimate' , 'loving' , 'love' , 'female' , 'satisfy' , 'sex' , 'xxx'
• SpamCop: Any email sent from 'SpamCop' will be put into this folder
• Unable to Process/No Action Needed: No rules set up. This folder is when emails come in without enough information to take any further action on.
