Blueshift Customer Active Transactions

Customer Active transaction types (also known as GIE or Global Inclusion or Exclusion) allow Blueshift users to target active customers of other Agora affiliates for inclusion or exclusion in a segment. Customer Active data is available for: 

• List, known as Blueshift transaction customer_active_list

• Subscription, known as Blueshift transaction customer_active_pub

• Product, known as Blueshift transaction customer_active_prod

• AMB, known as Blueshift transaction customer_active_access

As an example, a Banyan Hill marketer would like to promote an Agora Financial publication. Using Customer Active Subscription, the Banyan Hill marketer can create a segment that suppresses active customers who are already subscribing to that specific Agora Financial publication.

Customer Active transactions data is updated once a day, in the morning. Customer record changes are documented using the 'customer_active_list_update_status' and 'customer_active_list_update_timestamp' fields.
