IRIS Understanding the Promotion URL

Promotion URLs are a simplified version of the old URLs needed previously for paid promotions. They will now only require one subdomain.

Previously, we setup 3 subdomains for each configuration in IRIS (pro1, pro and order tracking), but now only one subdomain, the pro subdomain, will be needed. All existing effort links and the related functionality will continue to work as expected.



To access the edit domain configuration page, hover over  and select  and click the  button.


Promotional URL

The new simplified Promotion URL will be used in paid effort links. This one link will replace the need to have separate multivariate and order tracking URLs.
