Use these instructions to cancel an active guest registration to a conference.  


These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.



How to Cancel a Guest Registration on a Conference Order 

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to cancel a guest registration for
  3. Highlight the registration that has the guest you would like to cancel a registration for 

  4. Click the Attendees tab

  5. Highlight the guest customer. 

  6. Click Delete Attendee

  7. If any refunds or credits must be adjusted, follow the directions for canceling a registration

  8. Repeat steps 5-7 to cancel additional guest registrations.
  9. You have successfully canceled the guest registration to a conference order.
