Use these instructions to cancel an active guest registration to a conference.
These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
Highlight the registration that has the guest you would like to cancel a registration for
Click the Attendees tab
Highlight the guest customer.
Click Delete Attendee
If any refunds or credits must be adjusted, follow the directions for canceling a registration.
