Use these instructions when resetting a suspended membership.

These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.



How to Reset a Membership

  1. From the Customer Search screen click Customer Activity
  2. Highlight the membership you want to update and then right-click 
  3. Select Membership Actions and then select Full Member Reset
  4. The Full Member Reset dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

    Customer NumberEnter the Customer Number.
    Membership OrgEnter the Membership Org.
    Term NumberEnter the Term Number if necessary.
  5. Click OK

  6. Each subscription under the membership will have a Reset Subscription Back Start Date dialog box appear, leave blank and select OK for each
