Use these instructions to clearly identify a customer’s username for a subscription.  Note that passwords should not be provided to customers by phone or email for security purposes.


Logins can be maintained from the Customer Activity or from the Authentication screen accessed through Logins, if you are already in Customer Activity, it is recommended to maintain the login from this screen to not cause slowness switching screens.



How to Identify a Username for a Subscription

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to find the login for and then navigate to the Website Login tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity Screen

    There are many columns to add to this section. The columns shown above are the recommended columns to have displayed. For more on recommended customizations, go here.
  3. Select one of the following...

     If the Auth Type is L...

    The username is listed under the Authentication Value field.

     If the Auth Type is E...

    The username is listed under the Email Address field.


    The field ‘Password’ contains the customer’s password for the website, however it should never be provided to the customer over the phone or by email for security purposes.  Therefore, we don’t recommend adding this field to your display.
