OSM

What is it?  

OSM stands for Omnistream Order Maintenance. It is a section within Advantage that EPP uses to process orders that have come into error. Orders may come into error within OSM for various reasons and the EPP Specialists will manually correct these orders so they can continue through the life cycle of an order. 

There are two ways in which orders can be corrected and pushed through - Manual intervention via the help of the clients and Automation.
