Customer’s should be directed to the website for the subscription to reset their password if they do not remember it. You should inform the customer to reset it online as soon as they log in for security purposes.


Password resets for customers are only to be performed by the affiliate approved personnel. This may be supervisors or manager or specifically assigned personnel. Discuss with your supervisor or manager who your contact is in the event a customer insists on being assisted in this way.
