Who are they?
Vantiv/ Worldpay is a full services payment provider offering payment processing and payment gateway services both domestically and internationally.
What do they do for us, currently?
Vantiv/ Worldpay is our payment processor, processing all payments for us domestically and for some of our international affiliates. They also provide us with reporting to keep track of our sales and refunds, and provides us with a portal for chargebacks. They also work with EPP to create new MIDs for affiliates when needed.
When speaking internally, EPP refers to Vantiv for domestic and Worldpay for International.

Litle; Vantiv; Worldpay; Worldpay FIS
What does EPP need to contribute?
EPP uses Vantiv to work some domestic chargebacks that are not picked up by Chargehound (Automation).
EPP also uses both the Vantiv and Worldpay sites to pull ARN’s, investigate orders, complete refunds, and pull data from the respective sites.
What other Westech teams are involved and what is their role?
Advantage: Advantage is set-up on the backend, to ensure that everything happening in Vantiv, is matching the orders in Advantage. For example, a customer wins a chargeback and is refunded in Vantiv- that needs to be reflected in Advantage.
Accounting: Accounting uses Vantiv for various reconciliation processes.
Ecomm: Ecomm ensure that order forms are hooked up correctly to Vantiv to ensure when orders go through, they show in Vantiv.
What systems could be impacted?
Advantage: Invoices and Payments along with backend systems
Accounting: Circbase and Advantage communicate to each other and need to match the info that is in Vantiv
Ecomm: Opium and WMC
