Accertify

Who are they? 

A chargeback management portal contracted by Worldpay to present chargebacks for WP-processing clients. 

What do they do for us, currently? 

Accertify provides a portal, where we can view new chargebacks and respond in time to avoid unnecessary financial losses. 

What other names are they known by within Westech? 

May be referred to as Worldpay, when talking about chargebacks, for the sake of simplicity. 

What does EPP need to contribute? 

EPP checks for chargebacks on a weekly basis. We also use reporting tools for ongoing chargeback analysis. 

What other Westech teams are involved and what is their role? 

Accounting: Completes chargeback reconciliation every month. 

What systems could be impacted? 

Advantage: All new cases are noted in Advantage, along with the action taken. 

Circbase: Chargeback financial data entered manually within the first week of each month. 

What Affiliates use this Vendor? 

Southbank, WRB, PAF, and Salud
