Authorize.net/ Wells Fargo
Who are they?
Authorize.net is a payment gateway for our Latin America affiliate. Wells Fargo is that same affiliate’s acquiring bank.
What do they do for us, currently?
Wells Fargo provides a portal, where we can view new chargebacks and respond in time to avoid unnecessary financial losses. Auth.net allows the EPP team to tie the transaction from Wells Fargo to Advantage.

What does EPP need to contribute?
EPP checks for chargebacks on a weekly basis. We also use reporting tools for ongoing chargeback analysis.
What other Westech teams are involved and what is their role?
EComm: Testing using Auth.net’s sandbox environment.
Accounting: Completes chargeback reconciliation every month.
What systems could be impacted?
Advantage: All new cases are noted in Advantage, along with the action taken.
Circbase: Chargeback financial data entered manually within the first week of each month.
