Use these instructions when making adjustments to the membership level.
These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.
Select the membership you want to change right click, and then select Change Membership Levels
The Enter Membership Information dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Click OK
The Change Member Levels dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
If the rate is increased, you will be prompted for payment.
The Payment for Invoice dialog box will appear:
Clicking Add Card will open up the secure payment entry dialog box, complete the following:
Yes - Will keep the card on file for future purposes
No - Will not keep a record of the card being used for the current purchase.
Click Confirm
