Consent language should be conspicuously displayed:

• In full (do not hide behind a hover or click/tap expander)

• Immediately next to the opt-in action field, i.e. the checkbox or phone field

• The same size and contrast as other text, ideally emphasized in some way (bold, highlighted background, etc.).

• On order forms: Be displayed before the submission button (i.e. ‘order now’)
