While WMC was designed to offer a single application for all campaign management and e-commerce capabilities and can be used end to end today, some of the reporting and features users are used to when using IRIS are not currently available. You can find more details on that here.
Therefore, the WMC team has designed an IRIS integration to close some of these gaps while they continue to develop the application. This is very similar to how OPIUM integrates with IRIS today with a few minor differences (outlined below).
Please Note: Efforts created in IRIS with this integration will NOT be shown in WMC.
 | Create a JourneyIn WMC, create a Journey starting with the Order Form and ending with all steps after.  |
 | Set the DomainThe domain selected here MUST match the Default Order Form URL entered in IRIS (step 3). There is a new field on the Journey creation page in WMC that allows you to add the domain. (Traditionally the domain would be added on the effort level.) This setting will accomplish two things:

 | Set up the Domain in IRISThe domain added here must match the domain selected for the journey in WMC (step 2). Check to make sure the domain you are using for WMC (step 2) is set up appropriately in IRIS. If not, work with TSP/CST to get it set up. This will be the domain that is used in the URL. (Just as you would with OPIUM.)  The Default Order Form URL must follow the formatting below. Please be sure to replace “web-purchases” with your domain. https://web-puchases.com/journey/{0}/1?promocode={1}

 | Attach the JourneyOn the Offer in IRIS, add the name of WMC Journey created previously to the URL Nickname field. This field has been renamed: URL Nickname / WMC Journey Name  |
 | Create the EffortCreate the effort in IRIS as you normally would. Be sure to select the domain created in step 3.  |
