Use these instructions when performing multiple suspensions for a customer with multiple products on automatic delivery.  Suspensions can be performed individually from Customer Activity.  As a time saver, these cancellations can be performed together from the Automatic Delivery screen.



How to Mass Suspend Products on Automatic Delivery

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, enter the customer info for the Mass Suspend
  2. Click Automatic Delivery on the ribbon
  3. Select all the products to suspend
  4. Select Suspend Club Members
  5. Complete the following fields: 

    Susp. Resol DateEnter the date for when the customer would like to resume shipments.
    ReasonEnter the reason for the cancellation.
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Acknowledge


If the customer wants to suspend their shipments indefinitely, the automatic delivery must be cancelled (terminated) instead of suspended. Go here to cancel the automatic delivery.
