Many screens within Advantage allow the user to customize the columns that appear on the screen. The user has a choice of which values to display on the screen. 



How to Customize Columns on a Screen

  1. Right-click on the current columns being shown
  2. Select Customize

  3. Select available fields from the left and add to the current display fields on the right. Additionally, fields shown on the Current Display Fields can be removed or rearranged to show in a certain order.

  4. Click OK when finished.


The columns can also be rearranged by using the drag and drop feature. To sort by that column, select that column name. Additionally, the information displayed can be sorted by multiple columns by holding show and selecting the columns to sort by.
