How to Create Custom Fields

Custom fields allow you to customize WMC. Follow these steps to add custom fields in WMC.

Note - Custom Fields will not be supported in D&A reporting at this time. 

  1. Select More and click on Custom Fields 

  2. Define the name of the custom field 

  3. Define the type of value 

List of Values

Allows users to select a single value. 

Multiple values

Allows you to select a custom error page to be used when applicable.

Free form text

Allows people to add information on the fly to this custom field.

Limit Number of Orders

Enter a number to limit the amount of orders to be taken of efforts using this journey. Here you can also set up automatic resets.


4. Select where this custom field will be applied 

5. Define if this field will show on the listing screen as visible 

6. Click Save
