Expiring an outdated journey is extremely important to maintaining clean information and data in WMC. This shows you the simple process of updating an existing journey. 


How to Expire a Journey

  1. From the Journeys area, select the Journey you would like to expire 

  2. Select the pencil button to change 

  3. In the status area change the status from active to expired 

  4. An additional field will appear to add the Redirect URL. Here you will add the URL where subscribers will be redirected rather than the journey. This could be a sold-out page or you could enter a link to another journey here. 

  5. Save your changes
