Event triggered campaigns can be setup to fire based on any real-time or batched event being recorded in a users profile. This can include but not limited to events such as credit card declines, subscription cancellations, shipping confirmations, abandoned carts, and website visits. Besides the standard events listed below that are handled by 14 West, custom events can be setup to record signals from external systems in your MarTech stack. You can utilize those customer events to trigger immediate or delayed multichannel transactional campaigns.
